Angela Jacobs is a highly accomplished federal contracting professional with over 30 years of experience managing pre & post-award acquisitions for the Department of Defense. She brings extensive expertise in contract lifecycle management, proposal development, and federal acquisition strategy, demonstrating her deep technical & regulatory knowledge of FAR-based procurement. She is the recipient of the Superior Civilian Service Medal, the 2nd-highest honorary award from the Department of the Army.
Angela currently supports strategic acquisition planning for TENN-FOUR while leading her own firm, Alliance Consulting & Coaching Services.
Mrs. Jacobs holds an MBA in Business Management and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. Her leadership is further strengthened by 14 years of organizational development experience and over a decade of mentoring and coaching individuals toward personal and professional success. She is the wife of a Retired U.S. Army Veteran.
